I started Helpful Neighbor Nebraska to give people a trusted local place to turn before they click, pay, wire, download, or panic. After years of helping friends, family, and neighbors with technology, I saw how often people feel overwhelmed, confused, or vulnerable to scams—and how hard it is to find patient, judgment-free help.
I'm a patient technology educator and trusted local guide, not a certified cybersecurity expert. I believe people deserve someone trustworthy to ask before acting on a suspicious message, and that a calm conversation can prevent a costly mistake.
Based in Kearney, I serve seniors, families, and community groups across Central Nebraska with patience, care, and a neighborly spirit.
